At The Wudhu Socks, we do our best to ensure your order is processed, shipped, and delivered as smoothly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods, including Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, and major sale events, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Order Changes or Amendments
If you need to change your order, shipping address, size, color, or any other details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to make changes to the order or shipping address.
Shipping Within the United States
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
Standard Shipping: 9–12 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5–7 business days
Free shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $50 and above.
Overnight shipping is currently not available.
United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia
We currently offer both standard and expedited shipping options to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.
International Shipping
We ship globally using trackable shipping services.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
We currently ship using both:
DDP: Delivered Duty Paid
Where duties and taxes may be included depending on the shipping method and destination.
DDU: Delivered Duty Unpaid
Where customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged separately upon delivery.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or processing charges determined by your country’s government or courier service.
The Wudhu Socks is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities. However, our team is happy to help you understand your local customs process where possible.

While we do our best to ship orders on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an order is in the courier’s possession.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address, email address, and WhatsApp contact number are correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are unable to issue a refund or accept a return.
If a parcel is returned to us undelivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or customer unavailability, we can resend the order once the customer covers the new shipping cost.
Customer Contact Responsibility
Customers must provide a valid and reachable email address and WhatsApp contact number when placing an order.
If our team needs to contact you regarding your order and we do not receive a response within 10 business days, your order may be placed on hold.
In such cases, we will resume processing or reship the order once updated instructions are received.
We will not issue a refund for delays caused by lack of customer response.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, damaged, defective, incomplete, or delivered to the wrong address due to courier or fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with our Refund Policy.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In cases of verified damage, defect, missing items, wrong item shipped, or confirmed loss in transit, The Wudhu Socks will cover any approved replacement or reshipment costs.
Sale Periods and Limited Stock
During sales and promotional periods, stock may be limited.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may offer:
