The Wudhu Socks have been officially certified by multiple, renowned Islamic institutions, including Darul Uloom, Karachi for masah (wiping over socks). According to the majority of Islamic scholars, not all socks can be used for masah (wiping over socks) during ablution. Socks that fulfil a certain number of requirements can be used to do so.
